PVC Roof Tiles – A Durable and Heat-Resistant Solution
PVC tiles are mainly made of polyvinyl chloride resin as the main raw material, supplemented by UV anti ultraviolet agents and other chemical raw materials. They are scientifically proportioned and made using advanced technology. PVC tiles, also known as plastic steel tiles, are an updated product of colored steel tiles. Multi layer co extrusion composite technology is used to cover the surface of the product with an anti-aging layer, improving the weather resistance and color durability, and adding a wear-resistant layer on the bottom. It has good fire resistance, anti-corrosion, weather resistance, no asbestos content, bright colors, and is environmentally friendly and healthy.

Installation:
1. The thickness of the pvc roof tiles is ≤ 1.3mm to use the
purling space ≤ 600mm. The circular arch roof to use for the
purling space ≤ 700mm. The thickness between 1.3 mm to 1.8 mm of
the tiles need to use for purling space ≤ 700mm. The arched back
roof to be ≤ 800mm. The thickness 1.8mm to 3mm of roof sheet to use
for the purling space as ≤ 800mm and circular arch style to use
purling space ≤ 900mm.
2. The installation of the corrugated pvc roof sheet have to cover
two pitch of the sheet aera on the width and the trapezium pvc roof
sheet to cover one pitch on the width and to cover > 250mm on
the length.
3. If use tapping screw that need to drill a hole with ratio 2-3 mm
first.
