Product Description:
The interior space of MNS2.0 withdrawable switchgear can be divided
into device compartment, busbar compartment, and cable compartment.
The pull-out component consists of two parts: the component itself
(drawer unit) and the component installation chamber. The
extraction unit can be divided into power distribution unit (PC
unit) and motor control unit (MCC unit) according to its function.
The standard specifications for the extraction unit are: 8E/4,
8E/2, 8E, 16E, 24E. Four 8E/4 or two 8E/2 components can be
horizontally installed in a 600mm wide device compartment, with a
component height of 8E (200mm). The individual components of 8E,
16E, and 24E require a 600mm wide device chamber, and the height of
the components is the size specified in the component
specifications. The effective height of the switchgear compartment
(drawer unit installation height) is 1800mm.
When the pull-out component is operated, the main power supply of
the switchgear does not need to be cut off. There is no risk of
electric shock when inserting/extracting components without
continuous power supply to adjacent components.
MNS2.0 can be separately configured with power distribution unit
(PC unit) or motor control unit (MCC unit), and can also achieve
mixed installation of PC unit and MCC unit. Pull out components can
be arranged separately as cabinets or mixed with fixed partition
units.
